Q: Do I pay upfront?
Yes, payment is taken when you book your session. You'll get a confirmation email with your Zoom link and everything you need.
Q: What if the problem takes less than an hour?
You only pay for the time used, rounded to the nearest 30 minutes. If we sort it in 20 minutes, you're charged for 30 minutes.
Q: What if you can't fix it?
It rarely happens, but if I genuinely can't fix something I'll tell you upfront, before any time is charged. I'd rather be honest than bill you for something I can't solve.
Q: Do I need to be technical?
Not at all. I'll explain everything in plain English and make sure you understand what I've done and why before we finish.
Q: What areas do you cover?
Remote support is available anywhere in the UK. On-site visits cover Hythe, Dibden, Blackfield, Holbury, Totton, Marchwood and surrounding New Forest villages.
Q: What if I need help with something not listed?
Just ask. If I can help, I will. If I can't, I'll point you somewhere useful. Thisis why I include the 30 mins freediscovery, because you never know what we might uncover.
