# Free online tech sessions. From your sofa

Once a month (maybe more) I run a free Zoom session for home users, no jargon, no technical knowledge needed, just a friendly chat about tech that actually matters to you.

## First session - Let's get to know each other.

The first Qosmos webinar is coming up soon and it's deliberately simple - no slides, no technical content, just an introduction.

I'll introduce myself and what Qosmos is about, walk through the kinds of problems I help with, and most importantly - ask you what you'd actually like covered in future sessions.

Got a tech topic that confuses you? A question you've always wanted to ask but felt was too basic? This is the session to bring it.

###### Details

- Date: Coming Soon
- Duration: 45 minutes
- Format: Free Zoom Meeting - join from any device
- Cost: Free

# What the sessions are like

#### Informal and relaxed

No PowerPoint marathons. No talking at you for an hour. These are conversational sessions ask questions, chip in, or just listen. Whatever suits you.

#### Plain english only

I won't assume you know anything technical. If I use a term you don't recognise just ask, that's exactly why these sessions exist.

#### Actually useful

Topics are shaped by what you tell me you want to know about. If enough people ask about a subject, it becomes a session. You're not sitting through someone else's agenda.

# Topics we are planning to cover

###### Sessions will be shaped by what you tell us you want, but here are some of the areas we're thinking about:

- How to speed up a slow laptop
- Staying safe online - what actually matters
- Setting up parental controls properly
- Getting the most out of your home Wi-Fi
- What to do when you think you've been hacked
- Understanding your broadband and how to improve it
- How AI tools can genuinely help around the house

# Get notified when sessions are announced

Drop your name and email below and I'll let you know as soon as the next session is confirmed. No spam, just a single email when a new webinar is scheduled.
