I'll handle the initial setup, move across your files, photos, bookmarks, and accounts, and make sure it's all working the way you expect before we finish. You'll be up and running without the usual hassle.

Step 2 — We pick a time that suits you
Once we've agreed a plan, we book your support session. I'm available daytimes and Saturdays, so there's usually a slot that works.
Step 3 — Problem sorted, summary sent
I connect remotely, we sort the issue together, and once we're done you get a written summary of what was done. Nothing left unexplained.
